This is to inform all members and faculty of the Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital Staff & Research Society that from 18th December 2011

1.    Research Projects

2.    Communications

3.    Amendments

4.    Serious Adverse Effects Reports

5.    Dissertation  Projects

submitted to the Staff & Research Society, Institutional Ethics Committee (Human Research, Animal Research, Stem Cell Research ) have to be submitted as per the instructions and the standardized formats as displayed on the institutional website www.ltmgh.com under the link " Research" under the sub link " Ethics Committee".

The Office of the Staff & Research Society shall not receive or accept new research proposals/ communications/ amendments/ dissertations  from 15th December 2012 to 17th December 2011.

From the 1st of January 2012 all faculty members are also directed to make the application for financial deposits and payments for various projects etc. as per the instructions displayed on the institutional website www.ltmgh.com under the link " Research" under the sub link " Ethics Committee".

Faculty are requested to visit the Institutional website and offer their feedback to feedback@ltmgh.com

All communication with respect to the above matters issued earlier stand revoked and are superseded by this notification
