The Department of Nephrology, established on 14th April 2021, is dedicated to providing comprehensive kidney care with a patient-centric approach and advanced medical expertise. Since its inception, the department has grown into a center of excellence, offering a wide range of specialized services, including care for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), state-of-the-art dialysis services, renal transplantation, critical care nephrology, onconephrology, and pediatric nephrology.

Our vision is to establish a dedicated clinical nephrology unit that provides holistic, world-class care while fostering advancements in academic nephrology. We are committed to excellence in education and research, with a strong focus on high-quality publications and innovations that contribute to the global knowledge pol in nephrology.

Since 2023, we have been running a full-fledged DNB (Nephrology) program, ensuring the development of skilled nephrologists equipped to meet future challenges. Guided by this vision, the Department of Nephrology continues to excel in delivering superior patient care, advancing research, and shaping the future of kidney health.
