  • Prevalence of Metallo-b-lactamase (MBL) producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter species in various clinical isolates in a tertiary care hospital.
  • Correlation of CD4 counts with clinical profile in HIV infected paediatric cases.
  • Pattern of CD4 counts in HIV seropositive adult patients on Anti-retroviral treatment (ART).
  • Detection of AmpC Beta-Lactamases in Gram-negative bacteria with their predisposing factors and antimicrobial susceptibility pattern.
  • Oppportunistic intestinal parasites in HIV infected individuals and its correlation with CD4 count.
  • Diagnostic utility of rapid tests in malaria.
  • Comparison of lysis centrifugation method with conventional blood culture method in cases of septicaemia in a tertiary care hospital.
